Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll create a 10-ounce dessert-inspired 3D cake candle that looks good enough to eat (but please don’t 😉). Your cake base will be pre-made and scented, available in 5 delicious fragrance options, so you can jump right into the fun part—frosting and decorating!
You’ll mix, whip, fragrance, and color your own candle frosting, then decorate your cake using an adorable selection of pre-made hearts, macarons, berries, chocolate pieces, and more. Our professional chandlers and workshop instructors will guide you every step of the way to create a candle that’s uniquely you.
This public workshop is creative, playful, and the sweetest way to treat yourself or enjoy a fun outing with friends. Best of all, your finished cake candle goes home with you the same day, packaged in a cute little cake box—perfect for gifting or showing off 💖🎂
All workshops are B.Y.O.B (unless otherwise stated), bring along any outside beverage (please no hard liquor) and snack for your workshop. We provide some treats and glassware with every workshop as well!
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the start of your workshop. This will allow you time to grab your seat and ingle with your friends or make new ones with fellow candlemakers! We DO NOT allow late admission past 15 minutes. If you arrive later than that, we will ask you to reschedule.
This workshop is for 18 year and up. We will be handling fragrance oils.

- Age Limitations: All candle workshops at Cedar Creek Candles are 16 and older unless otherwise stated.
- Punctuality: Sometimes life happens and it causes us to run behind, we've all been there! Please arrived 10 to 15 minutes before the start of your workshop to find a seat. All workshops start on-time.
- Cancellation Policy: At this time, we don't offer refunds for our candle workshops. We would gladly accommodate a reschedule of any workshop with notice 48 hours before your workshop or an in-store credit for the cost of the workshop.
- Auditing A Workshop: We request that all who attend our workshop are pre-registered. We understand some people like to tag along to watch the workshop and chat with their friends, but our workshop can only accommodate so many.
- Candle Pick-Up: The candles you craft at Cedar Creek Candles will cure overnight and will be available for pick-up the following day. We will hold your candle creation up to a week after your workshop, so please make arrangements accordingly. If you're able to come back to pick-up, we have shipping available.
