Policies

AGE LIMITATIONS
All candle workshops at Cedar Creek Candles are 18 and older unless otherwise stated. Since our workshops are BYOB, involve the use of hot wax and are intended for adults, we want to ensure an adult-friendly atmosphere. We will have occasional kid-friendly workshops for guests of 10 & older accompanied by an adult, these workshops will be clearly marked. If you have any questions, please contact us by email or phone.

punctuality
Sometimes life happens and it causes us to run behind, we've all been there! Note that all workshops begin promptly at the 4:30 P.M. or 6:30 P.M. Please arrived 10 to 15 minutes before the start of your workshop to find a seat, grab a snack, pop up a bottle and mingle with your fellow guests.

If you're going to be late, please call us at the shop 260.615.0110 and let us know ahead of time. Otherwise, the workshop will be begin as scheduled. If you arrive 15 or more minutes late, you'll have to reschedule your workshop for a later session.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At this time, we don't offer refunds for our candle workshops. We would gladly accommodate a reschedule of any workshop with notice 48 hours before your workshop or an in-store credit for the cost of the workshop. Please email us at sales@cedarcreekcandles.com or call us at 260.615.0110 to inform us of a reschedule or request a credit. For cancellations same day of your scheduled workshops, an in-store credit will be issued.

If you need to reschedule your workshop, please contact us via e-mail, at sales@cedarcreekcandles.com, or phone, at 260.615.0110, 48 hours before. We will happily work with you to find a future workshop that will fit your schedule accordingly.

AUDITING A workshop
We request that all who attend our workshop are pre-registered. We understand some people like to tag along to watch the workshop and chat with their friends, but our workshop can only accommodate so many participants. If you would like to bring a guest along same day of your workshop, please call us at, 260.615.0110, before your scheduled workshop time for available seating.

candle pick-up
The candles you craft at Cedar Creek Candles will cure overnight and will be available for pick-up the following day. Please note, Saturday workshop can be on Sunday but we're only open select hours from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Special accommodations can be arranged on request. We will hold your candle creation up to a week after your workshop, so please make arrangements accordingly.
